§ 2-3.101. Notices, conduct, content, and reporting of meetings.

  • All regular, adjourned, and special meetings of any council, board, commission, committee, agency, or authority created by formal action of the Council or created by any member thereof, whether open or closed to the public, shall be noticed, conducted, and reported in a manner provided for, and deal only with those matters permitted by, the Ralph M. Brown Act (California Government Code Section 54950 et seq.) and the provisions of the California Evidence Code relating to privilege (California Evidence Code Section 900 et seq.), and any successor or replacement provisions thereof. All open sessions of such meetings shall have action minutes taken, or minutes in such other format as approved by the City Manager.
