§ 2-3.201. Established: Membership.

There is hereby established in the City a Citizens' Election Advisory Commission, referred to in this article as the "Commission". The Commission shall have five (5) regular members and three (3) alternate members, the latter of whom shall be designated Alternates 1, 2, and 3. The Commission shall perform those functions and duties set forth in this article and shall be independent of the Council.
