The five (5) regular members of the Citizens' Election Advisory Commission first appointed
shall serve staggered terms. Two (2) members shall serve for a period which shall
include two (2) general municipal elections, commencing with April 13, 1982, and terminating
February 28, 1985. Three (3) members shall serve for a period which shall include
three (3) general municipal elections, commencing with April 13, 1982, and terminating
February 28, 1987. Thereafter all future terms of the regular members of the Commission
shall be for a four (4) year period terminating on February 28 of the fourth year
in office.
