§ 2-3.601. Community Development Agency authorized.

It is hereby found and declared that there is a need for a redevelopment agency, as authorized by the provisions of Section 33100 of the Health and Safety Code of the State, to function in the City, and such agency shall be known as the Community Development Agency and shall transact business and exercise its powers pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law.
