Except as otherwise set forth in Section 2-6.101 of this article, all officers and employees of the City, including the deputies of
the City Clerk and the City Treasurer, shall be covered by an honesty position bond,
issued by a surety company authorized to do business with the State, for the faithful
performance of the duties of their respective offices or employment in the aggregate
penal sum of One Hundred Thousand and no/100ths ($100,000.00) Dollars for all such
employees.
