§ 2-6.401. County Health Officer to perform duties of Health Officer.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 476 of the Health and Safety Code of the State, the County Health Officer is hereby authorized to enforce and observe all orders, quarantine regulations, and rules prescribed by the Department of Public Health of the State, and other rules and regulations issued pursuant to the provisions of the Health and Safety Code of the State, and all laws of the State which relate to public health in the City.

Wherever the words "Health Officer" are used in this Code, they shall mean the County Health Officer.
