The seal of the City shall be in the form of a die one and one-half (1 ½″) inches in diameter. The form of the die shall be two (2) circles, one inside the other. Within the smaller circle there shall be imprinted the following words: "Incorporated October 10, 1969". Within the larger circle and outside the limits of the inner circle there shall be imprinted the following words: "City of Simi Valley, California".
