§ 2-9.306. Authorized signatures on behalf of the City.

  • (a)

    Mayor. The Mayor shall be authorized to sign on the behalf of the City all approved contracts provided for in this article. In the absence of the Mayor, the Mayor Pro Tempore shall be so authorized.

    (b)

    City Manager. The City Manager shall be authorized to sign on behalf of the City all contracts provided for in Section 2-9.304 of this article and such other approved contracts as the Council may specifically direct from time to time.

    (c)

    City Attorney. The City Attorney shall be authorized to sign on behalf of the City all contracts provided for in Section 2-9.305 of this article, and settlements, payments or contracts approved in closed session, and documents related thereto, unless otherwise indicated by the City Council, and such other approved contracts or settlements as the Council may specifically direct from time to time.
