Every person constructing any new dwelling unit in the City shall pay to the City the following fees:
(a)

The sum of One Hundred Fifty and no/100ths ($150.00) Dollars for each dwelling unit containing not more than one bedroom and the sum of Seventy-Five and no/100ths ($75.00) Dollars for each additional bedroom contained therein; provided, however, the total fees for any new dwelling unit shall not exceed the sum of Three Hundred and no/100ths ($300.00) Dollars; and

(b)

The sum of One Hundred and no/100ths ($100.00) Dollars for each mobile home.
