§ 3-3.104. Bonds.

Bonds issued by the City and purchased pursuant to the provisions of Section 3-3.102 of this article may be canceled either in satisfaction of sinking fund obligations or otherwise; provided, however, such bonds may be held uncanceled and, while so held, may be resold.
