§ 3-5.111. Operative date.

The provisions of this article shall become operative upon the operative date of any ordinance adopted by the County pursuant to the provisions of Part 6.7 (commencing with Section 11901) of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State, or on October 14, 1969, whichever is later.
