§ 4-13.01. Definitions.

(a)

"Rollerskates" and "rollerblades" shall mean a pair of devices worn on the feet with a set of wheels attached, regardless of the number or placement of those wheels, and used to glide or propel the user over the ground.

(b)

"Scooter" means a device propelled by muscular power, which consists of a footboard between end wheels and is controlled by an upright steering handle attached to a front wheel.

(c)

"Skateboard" means a rectangular board or other surface mounted on wheels for the purpose of personal locomotion, sporting activity, or similar purpose.
