§ 4-3.02. Licenses: Required: Exceptions.

The provisions of Section 4.3.01 of this chapter shall not apply to any person who is merely bicycling through the City or to any person operating any bicycle which is required to be licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State.
