The license plate or sticker shall have City of Simi Valley stamped upon it, as well as identifying numbers. Such license plate or sticker shall be suitable for attachment to the frame of a bicycle, and it shall be the duty of the owner to ensure that the license plate or sticker is attached to the frame of the bicycle after the license has been issued. The license plate or sticker shall remain attached to the bicycle as long as the bicycle is subject to licensing pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
