  • In the event a registration certificate or license is stolen, lost, or mutilated or becomes illegible, the owner of the bicycle shall, within two (2) weeks after the discovery thereof, make an application and obtain a duplicate registration certificate or license, as the case may be, with or without the issuance of a new registration number as determined most advisable by the Chief of Police. A fee of fifty (50) cents shall be charged the owner for making such application.
