§ 4-4.06. Passengers: Misconduct.

The driver of a bus may order a passenger to leave the bus for cause where he is either in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or when he is creating a disturbance to other passengers or the driver which is injurious to the safety of the operation of the bus system. A passenger so ordered by a driver to leave a bus shall leave immediately upon such request.
