§ 4-7.10. Fees.

(a)

Permits: Applications. Applications for the permits required by the provisions of this chapter shall be accompanied by a fee set by resolution of the Council and shall not be refundable.

(b)

Appeals. The filing of an appeal, as set forth in Section 4-7.09 of this chapter, shall be accompanied by a fee of Five and no/100ths ($5.00) Dollars which shall not be refundable.
