§ 4-8.03. Licenses: Required: Applications: Renewal: Fees.

Prior to an application for, or renewal of, an owner's license, every owner of a taxicab shall pay a fee set by resolution of the Council. Every operator, prior to such application or renewal, shall pay a fee set by resolution of the Council.
