§ 4-8.08. Licenses: Revocation: Notices of intent.

A notice of intention to revoke, as set forth in Sections 4-8.09 and 4-8.10 of this chapter, shall be delivered personally to the applicant or mailed to the applicant prior to such revocation. Such notice shall specify the date upon which such revocation shall be effective.
