§ 4-8.14. Fare sheets.

The owner and operator of every taxicab licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall keep a complete and accurate record of each fare upon a daily fare sheet, showing the time and place of origin and the destination of the trip, the number of passengers carried, and the amount of fare collected. Such records shall be kept on file for a period of not less than six (6) months and shall be available for inspection at all times by any peace officer.
