§ 4-8.23. Transportation for unlawful purposes.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator to carry, or permit or cause to be carried, any person known by such owner or operator to be traveling to a place for the purpose of committing an unlawful act. It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator knowingly to permit or acquiesce in the commission of any unlawful act within or about the taxicab.
