§ 5-10.13. Standards of operation: Technical standards.

(a)

Standards of operation. The Council may adopt procedural rules, regulations, and standards for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter. Notice of any such public hearing, setting forth a time and place when and where any person having any interest therein may appear before the Council and be heard, shall be published by the City Clerk at least ten (10) days before the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation within the City. The City Clerk shall also cause a copy of such notice to be mailed to the grantee at least ten (10) days prior to the date specified for the hearing.

(b)

Technical standards. The grantee shall install, operate, and maintain the cable television system in accordance with all established technical standards adopted by the Federal Communications Commission.
