§ 5-15.03. Administration.

(a)

The Chief of Police is authorized to administer this chapter and to promulgate administrative policies and procedures required to implement the regulations set forth in this chapter. The Chief of Police is authorized to charge reasonable and necessary costs for the application, review, approval, and inspection of massage establishments, off-premises massage businesses, massage establishment owners, RMOs, operators, and managing employees, and for all other activities authorized by this chapter.

(b)

Fees. The application, processing, background investigation and inspection fees for establishments and businesses, applicable at time of application or other applicable activity by the City under this chapter, are as provided in any currently adopted resolution of the City Council providing for such fees in effect at the time of an application, renewal, inspection or any other relevant activity under this chapter.
