§ 5-15.25. Cease of business.

If at any time during the duration of a permit issued under this chapter a permittee ceases to do business as a massage establishment or off-premises massage business, the permittee shall return all permits issued under this chapter to the Chief of Police within five business days and notify the Customer Services, Business Licensing Division.
