§ 5-17.03. Administration by Chief of Police.

  • The Chief of Police shall have primary responsibility for the administration of the provisions of this chapter, subject to the overall direction and control of the City Manager. In carrying out such responsibilities, the duties of the Chief of Police shall include, but not be limited to, acting on all applications for a permit required by this chapter. In addition, the Chief of Police shall be authorized to revoke a permit issued pursuant to this chapter in the manner provided for herein.
