§ 5-18.01. Private patrol operator.

"Private patrol operator" shall mean any person defined as such by Section 7521(b) of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California. "Private patrol operator" shall not, however, include:
(a)

An employee who guards the property of his employer;

(b)

Any person, other than a member of a patrol system, who guards a single parcel of property; or

(c)

Any person who is not a member of a patrol system.
