§ 5-34.02. Police emergency response—Alcoholic beverage control permit or license.
Whenever the Simi Valley Police Department dispatches a police officer to an emergency response to an address or location where an alcoholic beverage control permit or license is legally required for an event or activity thereon, the owner of the property and the tenant or occupant possessing or required to possess a liquor license to serve alcohol on the premises shall, at the discretion of the Chief of Police, be jointly and severally liable for the actual cost of responding for any emergency response. Response to false alarms or disturbing parties is not included in this section.
