§ 5-35.09. Appeals.

Decisions of any Reviewing Authority made pursuant to this chapter may be appealed to the next highest Reviewing Authority (i.e., staff decisions may be appealed to the Planning Commission, and Planning Commission decisions may be appealed to the City Council.) Appeals shall be processed in accordance with the procedures contained in Chapter 9-76 of Title 9 of this Code.
