§ 5-5.04. Licenses: Applications: Denial.
The Chief of Police may deny an application for a license for a billiard room for one or more of the following reasons:
(a)
That the applicant or any other person to be interested in the business is not of good moral character;
(b)
That the applicant or any other person to be interested in the business in a managerial capacity is an unfit person to manage or conduct such billiard room; or
(c)
By reason of the place where such billiard room is to be located, it would be detrimental to the public health, order, or morals.
