§ 5-5.09. Coin-operated tables.
(a)
Licenses: Required. The owner or person in charge of any coin-operated pool table may apply to the Chief of Police for a coin-operated pool table license in lieu of a billiard room license for the operation of each such table at a designated location.
(b)
Licenses: Transfers. Transfers of such licenses to other locations may be made upon notice to the Chief of Police.
(c)
Licenses: Fees. The fee for each such license shall be Twelve and no/100ths ($12.00) Dollars per year.
(d)
Billiard room licenses. The person maintaining the place in which such tables with licenses are located shall not be required to obtain a billiard room license for such tables provided the operation of such tables is incidental to the primary business of the place. If the operation of such tables is the primary business of the place, a billiard room license shall be obtained instead of coin-operated pool table licenses for such tables.
