The City and its departments, agencies, officers, officials, agents and employees
charged with enforcement of State and local law shall be immune from prosecution,
both civil and criminal, for all reasonable, good faith trespasses upon the premises
of a sexually oriented business while acting within the scope of authority conferred
by this chapter.
