§ 6-12.205. Prohibition.

(a)

A Responsible Party must not throw, deposit, leave, maintain, keep, abandon, permit or cause to be thrown, deposited, or maintained, in or upon any public or private driveway, parking area, street, alley, sidewalk or component of the Storm Drain System, any Pollutants.

(b)

A Responsible Party for a property must remove Pollutants within the time frame identified in an order issued to abate the condition.
