§ 6-12.302. Methods of Pollution Reduction.

(a)

Methods of Pollution reduction proposed by a Discharger will be evaluated by the Director pursuant to the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Permit No. CAS004002 or this chapter, and if approved, will be deemed acceptable BMPs.

(b)

Methods of Pollution reduction proposed by a Discharger must be designed to meet or exceed the BMP standards found in the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit No. CAS004002 or this chapter.
