§ 6-12.402. Post Construction BMPs.

(a)

A Responsible Party undertaking a Development project must comply with the required post construction BMPs.

(b)

A Responsible Party whose Development project is subject to post construction BMPs must:

(1) Provide an operation and maintenance plan, and written verification of on-going maintenance provisions for the BMPs;

(2) Retain the operation and maintenance plan on-site; and

(3) Comply with requests for inspection for proper installation and operation of the BMPs in accordance with this chapter.

(c)

A Responsible party will not be issued a final certificate of occupancy until the requirements of this section have been met.
