A Responsible Party served with a Notice of Violation, Administrative Compliance Order,
or Cease and Desist Order, issued pursuant to this chapter, or fined as stated herein
this chapter, may appeal that administrative action to the Director of Public Works,
in accordance with Title 1, Chapter 8, Sections 109 through 112 of this Code.
