This chapter sets forth uniform requirements for direct and indirect use of the wastewater
collection and treatment system of the City to comply with all applicable federal
and state standards required by the Clean Water Act of 1977, and all related and applicable
federal, state, or local regulations and grant conditions, as they are now constituted,
or as they may hereafter be amended or recodified.
