The determination of peak flow rate shall be made by means of an effluent meter approved
by the Director and purchased, installed, and maintained at the expense of the user,
or by field measurements made by the City. The User shall have the option of selecting
the method of determination to be used, provided that in the event the field measurement
method is selected, the user will bear all expenses incurred by the City in carrying
out the field measurements.
