§ 6-14.09. Adult film permit application fees.

The City Council may from time to time establish fees to recover from permittees and applicants the costs authorized by Article XIII C, Section 1, subdivision (e) of the California Constitution and other applicable law. Notice of such fees shall be given in the manner required for ordinances of the City.
