§ 6-3.03. Composting exclusion.

Nothing in this chapter shall be constructed to limit or prohibit an individual or entity from composting yard waste material in compliance with guidelines promulgated by the Director; provided, that in a residential zone, the compost pile, compost bin, or compost container shall not be visible from the street.
