§ 6-3.32. Violations.

(a)

Penalties. In addition to any other remedy provided by law, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction or misdemeanor.

(b)

Recovery. Any fees or penalties imposed pursuant to this chapter which remain unpaid may be recovered by the City pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2 of Title 1 of the Simi Valley Municipal Code.

(c)

Remedies. The remedies provided by this chapter are cumulative, and shall not be construed as restricting any remedy, provisional or otherwise, provided by law for the benefit of the City, and no judgment under this chapter shall preclude the City from obtaining relief based upon the same facts.
