§ 6-7.16. Administrative fines.

The following administrative fines may be imposed by the Director where a notice of violation is not appealed in accordance with Section 6-7.18 or, if properly appealed, the appeal process is complete and the notice of violation is upheld: One Hundred and No/100ths ($100.00) Dollars for a first violation, Five Hundred and No/100ths ($500.00) Dollars for a second violation, and a fine not exceeding One Thousand and No/100ths ($1,000.00) Dollars for each additional violation occurring within one year. Each day in which a violation occurs and each separate failure to comply with either a separate provision of this chapter, a notice of violation, a corrective action order, or a permit issued pursuant to this chapter, shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter.
