§ 6-7.23. Appeals.

Any person shall have the right to appeal the decisions of the Director to the City Council/County's Board of Supervisors, provided such appeal is made in writing within twenty-one (21) days of date of the decision and the applicable appeal fee is paid. This right of appeal shall not apply to final decisions of the Hearing Officer made pursuant to Section 6-7.18.
