"Load" shall mean any object or thing which, when transported by a vehicle, or combination
of vehicles, over, upon, along, or across any street, would be required to have a
special permit in accordance with the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State
and shall include, but not be limited to, any house, vessel, machine, missile, equipment,
transformer, tree, girder, boat, or airplane.
