§ 7-1.119. Vehicle.

"Vehicle" shall mean a vehicle, or combination of vehicles, as described in the Vehicle Code of the State which vehicle:
(a)

Whether laden or unladen, is required by said Vehicle Code to have a special permit to be on any street; or

(b)

Is so laden that it is required to have such special permit.
