§ 7-1.308. Driveways: Deviations.

Where topographical or traffic conditions are such that a modification of the provisions of Sections 7-1.304 through 7-1.307 of this article are necessary for the promotion of traffic safety, and the Director of Public Works so finds, he may permit a deviation from the provisions of such sections to the extent he finds necessary.
