§ 7-1.312. Stakes.

If any stakes set for any work covered by the provisions of this article are disturbed or destroyed by a cause directly attributable to the delay of the permittee in making use of the stakes, the Director of Public Services shall set the additional stakes and shall charge the cost thereof to the permittee.
