§ 7-1.401. Scope.

The provisions of this article shall apply to permits issued pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1.205 of Article 2 of this chapter for making, or causing to be made, excavations in any street and for placing, constructing, repairing, changing, or removing encroachments.
