§ 7-1.407. Backfilling and compaction.

The backfilling and compaction of an excavation shall be in accordance with the standards established by the Director of Public Services and adopted by resolution of the Council, both as to materials and methods. Backfilling shall commence within forty-eight (48) hours after work in a trench is completed.
