§ 7-1.410. Repaving by City.

With the concurrence of the permittee or as an emergency measure, the Director of Public Works shall have the power to order the paving by City forces of any excavation up to 100 feet in length. The permittee shall reimburse the City in accordance with the schedule of charges adopted by the Council.
