§ 7-1.502. Permits: Issuance: Relocation permits prerequisites.

When the owner of any premises to which it is proposed to move any building or structure is required by the provisions of this Code to obtain a relocation permit, the Director of Public Works shall not grant a permit to move such building or structure until the applicant furnishes to the Director of Public Works evidence that such owner has such relocation permit.
